Adi Dharma Hotel Legian is looking for a Chief Accounting to join our team in Legian.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit, mentally strong and spiritually inspired
• University degree with major study in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and taxation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Knowledge of Gustodian PMS, MYOB & VHP Systems
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Well groomed with interpersonal and communication skill
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations of the hotel
• Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and accounting records accurately
• Monitor budgets, expenses, revenues, and overall financial performance
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and financial regulations
• Supervise and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and financial transactions
• Coordinate financial reporting and provide accurate information to management
• Ensure proper internal controls and financial procedures are consistently implemented
• Utilize accounting and hotel systems, including Microsoft Excel, MYOB, VHP, and Gustodian PMS
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information
