Room attendant

Nunamkhalu Private Villas & Spa is looking for a Room Attendant (DW) to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Able to handle guests professionally
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Available to join immediately is highly preferred
• Willing to work in Kutuh, South Kuta

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established housekeeping standards
• Ensure guest rooms are properly prepared and presented before guest arrival
• Replenish amenities, linen, towels, and other room supplies as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Inspect rooms to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the relevant department
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and housekeeping procedures
• Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations
