Bartender supervisor / manager

Gaia Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Bartender Supervisor / Manager to join our team in Sanur.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of bartending experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beer, and beverage operations
• Experience in restaurant, bar, hotel, or hospitality operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to develop and maintain beverage SOPs and service standards
• Experienced in stock control, beverage costing, inventory, and purchasing
• Able to monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Professional, organized, and commercially aware
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Preferably already residing in Bali
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure efficient service
• Lead, train, and supervise the bar team to maintain high service standards
• Develop and implement beverage SOPs and service procedures
• Monitor beverage quality, consistency, presentation, and guest satisfaction
• Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and beverage costing
• Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally
• Monitor bar performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and sales
