Junior bartender

Gaia Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Junior Bartender to join our team in Sanur.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Bartender or Bar Staff
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations
• Good English communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and bar organization
• Willing to learn and develop bartending skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Preferably already residing in Bali
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and other drinks according to established standards
• Assist with daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
• Prepare and replenish bar ingredients, garnishes, and supplies
• Assist with inventory checks and proper storage of beverages and bar supplies
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests
• Follow beverage recipes, service standards, and responsible alcohol service procedures
• Support the senior bar team during busy service periods
