Gaia Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Sanur.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in F&B or hospitality
• Good spoken English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, attentive, and service-oriented personality
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
• Able to take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar
• Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and willingness to support colleagues
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Preferably already residing in Bali
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
• Communicate guest orders and special requests clearly with the kitchen and bar teams
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Respond to guest requests and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Handle guest concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant team when needed
• Support colleagues and work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
