Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Strong communication skills in English
• Good energy and a creative personality
• Friendly and customer-oriented
• Honest, responsible, and reliable
• Good attitude and professional manner
• Open to Indonesian citizens

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally
• Assist with seating arrangements and guest inquiries
• Manage reservations and coordinate table availability
• Provide friendly and attentive service throughout the guest experience
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
• Support the team in maintaining high service standards
