O.Serendipity Kuta is looking for a Barista to join our Pre-Opening Food & Beverage Team in Kuta.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or bar is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed, friendly, and professional appearance
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and positive attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in hospitality are welcome to apply
• Available to join immediately or as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other drinks according to established standards
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area
• Ensure beverages are prepared consistently and presented properly
• Assist with daily bar operations and stock management
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Support the F&B team during busy service periods
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming guest experience
