O.Serendipity Kuta is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join our Pre-Opening Team in Kuta.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Front Office Supervisor or similar position in a hotel
• Experience in a hotel in the same or similar position
• Good knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work under pressure and handle guest complaints professionally
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of hotel PMS is preferred
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Well-groomed, professional, and highly responsible
• Able to join immediately is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily Front Office operations
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
• Monitor room allocation, reservations, and guest requests
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
• Supervise and support Front Office staff during daily operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Monitor cash handling, billing, and Front Office transactions
• Ensure SOPs, hotel policies, and service standards are properly implemented
