Luma Society is looking for a cluster talent & acquisition officer

We are seeking a proactive and organized recruitment professional to support talent acquisition across the group. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing and recruitment skills, excellent communication abilities, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates and relevant stakeholders
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through candidate selection
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment requirements
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support talent acquisition initiatives across the cluster as required
