Operational manager

Puri Signatures is looking for an Operational Manager to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Based in Bali
• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Operational Manager, Resort Manager, or Assistant Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort
• Strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Additional foreign language skills are a plus
• Familiar with hotel systems such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and Security
• Ensure occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets are achieved
• Prepare and control the operational budget
• Maintain service quality and cleanliness standards according to brand standards
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and support team development
• Handle guest complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with management on business development initiatives
