FRii Resort Gili Trawangan is looking for a Chief Engineering to join our team in Gili Trawangan.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or educational background in a related field
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with VHP system is an additional advantage
• High attention to detail
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Engineering and maintenance operations throughout the resort
• Supervise and coordinate the engineering team and daily work assignments
• Ensure all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are operating properly
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and technical emergencies
• Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance requests and operational needs
• Monitor engineering tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and operational standards
