K-Club Ubud is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in luxury hospitality
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Daily Worker positions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Experience with VHP System is an advantage
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and other guest service procedures
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and activities
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services
• Maintain accurate guest information and service records
• Follow established hospitality and service standards
• Ensure a positive and memorable guest experience throughout the stay
