Head Housekeeper

Lamesi Boutique Villas are a luxury private villa complex located in Teges, Icanginan, Ubud. We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible professional to join our team.

Employment details:

• Full-time position
• 40 working hours per week
• 6 working days per week
• 1 day off per week
• Immediate start

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise daily housekeeping operations
• Coordinate the housekeeping team together with the Villa Manager
• Inspect all villas and ensure they meet luxury guest-ready standards
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation
• Check bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens and outdoor guest areas
• Organise linen, laundry, amenities and housekeeping supplies
• Monitor stock levels and report purchasing requirements
• Identify and report maintenance issues to the Villa Manager
• Train, guide and support housekeeping team members
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• Respond professionally to operational changes and guest requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort or luxury villa
• Experience supervising or leading a housekeeping team
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Responsible, organised, reliable and punctual
• Able to communicate and work effectively with the Villa Manager and team
• Basic conversational English is required
• Positive attitude and good problem-solving skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bali-based candidates are preferred
• Available to join immediately
