Assistant sales manager

Ashoka Tree Resort Ubud is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel/resort sales.
• Experience in team supervision is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• Target-driven and performance-oriented.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field is preferred .

Key responsibilities

• Support in planning and executing sales strategies and action plans.
• Assist in managing and motivating the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
• Support in developing new markets and maintaining key accounts.
• Assist in preparing proposals, contracts and rate agreements.
• Work closely with cross-department teams to achieve sales targets.
