Arvo Bali is looking for a Cook Helper / Steward to join our Pre-Opening Team in Seminyak.
Are you passionate about food and creating memorable guest experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and responsible Cook Helper / Steward to support our kitchen operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and POS systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Support cooks with ingredient preparation and basic kitchen tasks.
- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are properly stored and organized.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies when required.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards at all times.
