We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused hospitality team member to support our busy restaurant and nightlife operations. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain reliable and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or nightlife venue.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional, confident and customer-focused.
• Strong team player with a positive working attitude.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work well under pressure.
• Available to work evening and late-night shifts.
• Based in or willing to work in Ubud, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Handle cashier transactions and payments responsibly.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well prepared.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide attentive service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and follow cashier procedures.
• Support the team during busy evening and late-night operations.
