Island Escape Villas Management is looking for a Reservation (Daily Worker) to join our team in Kuta / Seminyak.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous working experience in a related field for at least 3–6 months is preferred.
• Familiar with reservation systems.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily reservation inquiries through available booking channels.
• Process new reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
• Provide guests with accurate information about villa availability, rates, facilities, and policies.
• Update and maintain reservation records in the system.
• Follow up on pending reservations and guest requests.
• Coordinate reservation details with Front Office and other relevant departments.
• Ensure smooth communication and accurate information throughout the booking process.
• Support the reservations team with daily administrative tasks.
