• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide personalized service according to guest needs.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly.
• Assist with daily villa operations and guest arrangements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service around guest areas.
• Ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay.
• Support other operational tasks as required.
