Morabito Art Villa is an exclusive beachfront retreat designed by renowned French designer Pascal Morabito, combining luxurious interiors, unique sculptures, and stunning ocean views. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering warm and personalized guest experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in guest service, hospitality, or a similar role (villa/resort experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Warm, proactive, and detail-oriented personality.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized welcomes and attentive service throughout the guest journey.
• Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasion arrangements.
• Ensure every touchpoint reflects Morabito’s standard of refined hospitality.
