Gooseberry Restaurant is seeking a friendly and reliable candidate with a passion for hospitality and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable working as part of a team and is ready to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Open to female and male candidates.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Good English communication skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to work in Labuan Sait, Uluwatu, Bali.
• Available to join immediately.
• Must be domiciled in Bali.
• Applicants are required to attend an in-person interview; online interviews are not conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow restaurant service standards and procedures.
