Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Previous experience in a café or restaurant.
• Good cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation.
• Able to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
• Clean, organized, and responsible.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow recipes and food quality standards.
• Passionate about cooking and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and food standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure proper mise en place before service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor ingredient quality and proper food storage.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with daily kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
