Loop Cafe is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented team member with previous F&B experience. The ideal candidate has good English communication skills, is familiar with POS systems, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cashier or Waitress in the F&B industry.
• Able to operate Syrve POS; experience using Syrve POS is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Operate the Syrve POS system and process transactions efficiently.
• Handle cashless and cash payments accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and cashier areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
