La Famiglia is looking for a DW Receiving to join our team at Bonito Restaurant & Zia Tina Restaurant.
Born from Pugliese roots, La Famiglia is a restaurant family led by Chef Maurizio Bombini, built on passion, flavor, and hospitality. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to support receiving operations and ensure food, beverage, and operational supplies are received and handled properly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Receiving position; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Receiving, Purchasing, Storekeeper, Warehouse, or F&B is preferred.
- Basic understanding of receiving procedures for food, beverages, and operational supplies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Available to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming food, beverages, and operational supplies according to established procedures.
- Check delivered items against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Inspect the quantity, quality, freshness, and condition of received goods.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of received items.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and other relevant departments regarding deliveries.
- Record and maintain accurate receiving documentation.
- Report discrepancies, damaged items, or quality issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving and storage areas.
