Arcadia Restaurant is looking for a pastry & bakery team

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Daily Worker to support our pastry and bakery operations. The ideal candidate has relevant experience, strong teamwork skills, and can perform well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry or bakery production within a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or bakery setting.
• Able to maintain a clean and safe working area in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Capable of assisting pastry chefs and bakers with preparation, ingredient handling, and basic baking tasks.
• Effective team player with a cooperative attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assist pastry chefs and bakers with daily preparation and production.
• Prepare and handle ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Assist with basic baking and pastry production tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry and bakery area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure ingredients and equipment are properly stored and handled.
• Support the pastry and bakery team during busy service periods.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
