Lynked Restaurant is looking for a senior bartender

We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Senior Bartender to support our bar operations. The ideal candidate has strong bartending skills, excellent knowledge of cocktails, and the ability to maintain consistent beverage quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent bartending and cocktail-making skills.
• Able to consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Well-groomed, professional, energetic, and service-oriented.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, taste, and presentation.
• Manage daily bar operations efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at the bar.
• Provide professional and attentive service to guests.
• Ensure bar equipment and ingredients are properly handled and stored.
• Support and guide the bar team during daily operations and busy service periods.
