Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or food & beverage management.
• Proven experience in team leadership and daily operations.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable using POS systems and digital management tools.
• Understanding of basic financial indicators, including revenue, costs, and reporting.
• Based in Bali is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the restaurant team.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and customer experience.
• Monitor restaurant performance, revenue, costs, and operational efficiency.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate operational coverage.
• Ensure POS systems and digital management tools are used effectively.
• Maintain operational, service, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the team to continuously improve the restaurant experience.
