Guest Relations Officer

The Slow Canggu is looking for a guest relation officer

We are seeking a friendly, hardworking, and service-oriented individual to support our guest relations team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar position and be confident communicating in English.

Qualifications

• Male.
• Previous experience in the same position.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using hotel systems, particularly VHP.
• Good attitude and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures when required.
• Maintain accurate guest information using the hotel system.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Follow up on guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming guest experience.
