We are seeking a motivated and responsible Cook with good Western cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Qualifications

Good Western cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation.
Understands proper kitchen sanitation and cleanliness standards.Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
Willing to work in shifts and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure food is prepared with consistent quality and presentation.
• Perform food preparation and mise en place as required.
• Maintain proper kitchen sanitation, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Ensure ingredients and food products are handled and stored properly.
• Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized.
• Work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
