We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to support our front office operations and provide a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Male.
• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work on shifts.
• Relevant experience in a similar position is an advantage.
• Experience in front office or customer service is preferred.
• Able to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Provide information about villa facilities and services.
• Handle reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
