Buanas Beans Cafe Pererenan is looking for a sous chef

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and ensure the kitchen is well prepared for service. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Kitchen Supervisor.
• Organized, responsible, and takes initiative.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Available to work 6 days a week.
• Available for morning/day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily kitchen operations and food production
• Managing prep and making sure the kitchen is ready for service
• Monitoring ingredients, stock and inventory
