Zia Tina Bali is looking for a hostess

We are looking for a well-groomed and motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong motivation and a positive attitude.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage guest seating and assist with table arrangements.
• Provide information about the restaurant, menu, and available services.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Assist with reservations and maintain accurate guest information.
• Ensure the hostess area and entrance are clean and organized.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming dining experience.
