Elior Travel is looking for a E-commerce & Reservation

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our reservation and online sales operations. The ideal candidate is familiar with OTA platforms, comfortable with digital tools, and able to maintain accurate booking information across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reservations, e-commerce, or the travel industry.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the field are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Traveloka, Agoda, and similar platforms.
• Familiar with reservation systems and booking management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English. Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and basic data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, bookings, and confirmations across all sales channels, including websites, OTA platforms, email, and phone.
• Manage and update e-commerce listings, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and business partners to ensure accurate booking information.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist in resolving booking issues.
• Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Suggest strategies to help improve online sales and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the reservation and booking systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth reservation and e-commerce operations.
