We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping professional who takes pride in cleanliness and pays close attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be responsible, hardworking, and committed to creating a clean and comfortable environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping.
• Experience in a villa or hotel is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Neat, responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, villas, and assigned areas according to housekeeping standards.
• Ensure rooms and facilities are clean, neat, and well-presented.
• Perform daily cleaning, changing linens, and replenishing amenities.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the relevant department.
• Follow proper health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping work area.

Benefits

• Salary: Rp4.2 million
• Service charge: Rp1–2 million
