Resort Manager

Kini Resort Sumbawa is looking for a resort manager

Our two resorts are located just 5 minutes apart and currently feature 17 rooms and villas. With plans to expand the property to 50–70 rooms and villas, this is an opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to grow alongside the resort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in resort or hotel management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
• Strong team management and organizational skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
• Hospitality degree or relevant qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the resort.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Lead, manage, and develop the resort team.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Manage resources and support efficient cost control.
• Contribute to the resort’s growth and expansion plans.
