We are seeking an experienced and efficient kitchen professional with a strong understanding of burger preparation and grill operations. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain consistent quality and work effectively during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a burger kitchen, grill section, or casual/high-volume restaurant.
• Good knowledge of burger preparation, grilling, sauces, and food presentation.
• Able to maintain consistency in portioning, cooking temperature, and food quality.
• Familiar with kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organised, and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook burgers according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare burger ingredients, sauces, toppings, and other components.
• Maintain consistency in portioning, cooking temperature, taste, and presentation.
• Ensure food is prepared and served within the required service time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the grill station and kitchen.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
