D&A Syrowatka is looking for a PR / marcom staff

We are seeking a creative and proactive PR / Marcom professional with strong experience in F&B, catering, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking skills, strong industry connections, and the ability to develop PR and marketing opportunities that support brand awareness and business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PR, Marketing Communications, Sales & Marketing, or a related position.
• Strong experience within F&B, catering, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Proven experience in developing brand awareness and business partnerships.
• Strong media, influencer, KOL, hotel, villa, tourism, and corporate networking experience.
• Experience organizing events, media activities, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative, proactive, confident, and highly organized
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Able to develop marketing opportunities that support business growth and revenue generation.
• Experience managing social media, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, KOLs, hotels, villas, tourism partners, and corporate networks.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate media visits, events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage PR activities and ensure consistent brand messaging across relevant channels.
• Support social media, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials when required.
• Explore new opportunities to increase brand exposure, customer engagement, and business revenue.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
