Personal Assistant

Dervish Valley Bali is looking for female personal assistant / right-hand person

Dervish Valley Bali is a boutique hospitality and wellness project in Ubud, and need someone who can support me across both the business and my personal day-to-day responsibilities.

Specifically looking for a female candidate, preferably Balinese or originally from Bali, with strong local knowledge, connections and a good understanding of how things work here.

This is not a traditional secretary role. I need someone highly proactive, smart, resourceful, trustworthy and extremely organised — someone who takes ownership, follows things through and finds solutions without needing constant direction.

Because Dervish Valley is a hospitality business, strong hospitality experience is important. She should understand hotel/villa operations and be comfortable working with hospitality systems and PMS, including ideally Cloudbeds, as well as Airbnb, Booking.com, OTAs and channel managers.

She should understand

• PMS and hospitality management systems.
• Cloudbeds or similar platforms.
• Airbnb, Booking.com and other OTAs.
• Channel management.
• Reservations, rates, availability and calendar management.
• Guest communication and booking administration.
• Basic reporting and operational follow-up.
• Coordination between reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and other operational teams.

Beyond hospitality operations, she will also assist me with suppliers and contractors, sourcing, negotiations, appointments, travel arrangements, research, errands and various business and personal matters.

She should have excellent English, be confident communicating with both local and international guests and suppliers, know Bali very well, be mobile, and ideally have experience in boutique hotels, villas, hospitality management or directly supporting an owner/founder.

Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who can become my trusted right hand — discreet, loyal, capable, proactive and able to anticipate what needs to be done rather than waiting to be told.
