Sarva Ubud Villas & Spa is seeking a motivated and professional candidate to fill the E-Commerce position. Candidates with relevant experience as well as fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literate and comfortable using computer systems.
• Good personality with a professional attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce activities and online sales platforms.
• Ensure product, pricing, availability, and promotional information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and manage reservations or transactions through online platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests through digital channels.
• Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
• Ensure all e-commerce activities are handled according to company standards.
