Yakiniku Kichi is looking for a waitress

We are seeking an experienced and professional Waitress to support our new Japanese restaurant operation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver excellent service while working effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must be currently living in Bali and available to join immediately.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position applied for.
• Experience in a Japanese restaurant is preferred.
• Good understanding of service standards and operational procedures.
• Disciplined, responsible, and well-groomed.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak and communicate well in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
• Assist guests with menu information and respond to their requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and report issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Support the team during busy service periods and maintain a positive attitude.
