Operations Manager

ParkLife Bali is looking for an operational manager

ParkLife Bali is a unique family hub combining a restaurant, kids club, playground, and playschool. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operational Manager to oversee daily operations and help ensure a high standard of service, safety, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operational Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality, family recreation, kids’ clubs, restaurants, or lifestyle venues.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of operational management, budgeting, cost control, revenue targets, KPIs, and team development.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Highly committed to children’s safety and family comfort.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the team to ensure service standards and company targets are consistently achieved.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and control operational costs.
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and team development.
• Maintain and improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all operations comply with company SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Ensure child safety requirements are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
