Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, polite, and well-presented.
- Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Good English communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
