We are looking for several position IT supervisor to support our growth in bali.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Supervisor or Senior IT Officer in hotel/resort operations.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong leadership, analytical troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
- Honest, reliable, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Flexible with working hours and available on-call for emergency technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain daily IT operations, network infrastructure, hardware, and hotel software systems (PMS, POS, PABX, IPTV).
- Monitor Wi-Fi coverage, network security, firewall, servers, and data backup systems to ensure zero downtime.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and guests regarding hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Supervise IT staff/vendors, manage hardware inventory, and handle procurement of IT equipment and consumables.
- Conduct regular system audits, preventive maintenance, and software updates across all hotel departments.
- Ensure compliance with data security, system back-up protocols, and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with regional/corporate IT management and external vendors for system upgrades or major repairs.
