Numa Bali is looking for a Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Supervisor with strong leadership and customer relationship skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating in English and capable of supporting daily operations and team performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Administration and receptionist experience is an advantage.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and coordinate team members to maintain service standards.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance when needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Assist with administrative and receptionist duties as required.
• Ensure company procedures and service standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with other departments to support daily operations.
• Prepare and communicate operational updates to management.
