Tanu by Hukma is looking for an operations executive

Tanu by Hukma is a new café in Ubud, Bali, and is currently building its Opening Team. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Executive to support daily operations, guest services, reservations, and coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Experience with PMS (e.g. Cloudbeds, GuestPro) and POS system
• Handle bookings, guest inquiries, check-in/check-out
• Manage villa bookings and reservations
• Manage daily operations, cash handling and basic accounting
• Coordinate with all departments (kitchen, service, maintenance)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in hotel/villa or restaurant operations

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings, guest inquiries, check-in, and check-out.
• Manage villa bookings and reservations.
• Oversee daily operational activities.
• Handle cash transactions and basic accounting tasks.
• Coordinate daily operations with the kitchen, service, and maintenance teams.
• Monitor operational procedures and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns and operational issues.
• Support the opening team in establishing efficient daily operations.
